Helicobacter pylori is a microbe that thrives in a hostile environment within the human stomach. It belongs to the temperature preference category of Thermophilic, with an optimal growth temperature range of 37°C to 40°C. Its metabolism is that of a Chemoheterotroph, meaning it derives its energy by breaking down organic compounds and using them as a source of carbon and energy.
